my country’s textile and apparel exports totaled US$1.0 billion in the first half

We learned from the China Textile and Apparel Industry Association that in the first six months, the country’s total exports of textiles and clothing were US$83.851 billion, a year-on-year increase of 11.11%, and the total export value accounted for 12.58% of the country’s total.
The national textile and apparel export price index in the first six months was 105.94 (100 in the same period last year). Among them, the textile export price index is 107.20 and the clothing export price index is 105.08.
In the first six months, the national textile and apparel exports through general trade, processing with imported materials, and processing with supplied materials were US$58.35 billion, US$13.623 billion, and US$5.605 billion respectively, with year-on-year changes of 6.61%, 10.44%, and 6.17% respectively.
In terms of enterprise types, in the first six months, state-owned import and export companies, collective enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, and private enterprises exported textiles and clothing of US$16.892 billion, US$4.998 billion, US$28.536 billion, and US$33.424 billion respectively. The year-on-year changes were 5.78%, 9.29%, 13.74%, 12.00%.
