All major exports of textiles and clothing trade showed negative growth

In April, general trade exports of textiles and clothing were US$15.01 billion, a decrease of 17.5%. During the same period, processing trade and small border trade decreased by 17.7% and 20.9% respectively.
From January to April, all major exports of textiles and apparel showed negative growth. The cumulative exports of general trade were US$60.15 billion, down 2.6%; the cumulative exports of processing trade were US$10.57 billion, down 14.6%; the exports of small-scale border trade were US$4.21 billion, down 3.4%.
