The Dumping and Subsidy Inspection Committee of the Peruvian National Institute for Competition and Intellectual Property Protection (INDECOPI) sent a letter to the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Chinese Embassy in Peru. The committee held a hearing on the sunset review of the anti-dumping case against Chinese poplin fabrics on May 22, 2015, and decided to extend the time for accepting the case to August 28. Those who intend to participate in the review can provide evidence or defense materials within this three-month period. The products involved are gray fabrics that meet the following conditions: unit weight between 90-200 grams/square meter, width less than 1.8 meters, plain weave fabric, natural color Or dyeing, polyester-cotton blending, polyester proportion exceeds 50%.
