Among them, bedding, blankets, towel products, carpets and curtains are the main export products, with export values ​​of 1.87 billion, 520 million, 450 million, 450 million and 440 million respectively. The exports of all categories of products maintained growth, with an increase of 20.8% respectively. , 13.3%, 7%, 29.7% and 28.5%.
1. Trade with Europe grew rapidly, trade with the United States increased slightly, and trade with Japan continued to decline
From January to February, home textile exports to the EU grew rapidly, with an export volume of US$760 million, an increase of 19.4%, accounting for 16.9% of total exports. Exports to the United States increased slightly, with export value reaching US$1.2 billion, an increase of 29.1%, accounting for 26.8% of total exports. Exports to Japan continued to decline, with export value reaching US$380 million, a decrease of 6.2%, accounting for 8.4% of total exports.
Among other major countries and regions, exports to Malaysia, India and Singapore grew rapidly, with export values ​​of 110 million, 90 million and 70 million US dollars respectively, an increase of 108.2%, 209.8% and 127.1% respectively.
2. Exports from major provinces and cities have maintained growth, with Guangdong growing faster
Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Shanghai and Guangdong rank among the top five home textile export provinces and cities in the country, and their exports have maintained rapid growth, with growth rates of 35.6%, 21.9%, 11.4%, 20.8 and 12.7% respectively. In addition, the exports of provinces and cities such as Ningxia, Jilin, and Heilongjiang dropped significantly, with declines of 84.7%, 57.5%, and 56% respectively. The exports of Yunnan, Hunan, Qinghai, and other provinces and cities grew rapidly, with increases of 338.6%, 124.1%, and 93.7% respectively. %.
