When the Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia Bai Tian inspected Daiyin Textile (Malaysia) Co., Ltd. on the 1st, he pointed out that Daiyin Textile invested and set up factories in Malaysia to fill the gap in the Malaysian textile industry.
Bai Tian said after inspecting the factory that Daiyin Textile is a successful cooperation project between China and Malaysia, and it is also a technology transfer project from China to Malaysia. He emphasized that the project is capital and technology intensive rather than labor intensive.
He said that the project is based on a high starting point, high grade and high standards, introducing the world’s most advanced textile equipment to produce high-end yarn with first-class quality. It can be said that the project fills the gap in Malaysia’s industry with world-class equipment and technology .
China Shandong Daiyin Textile Group is a large-scale comprehensive industry integrating spinning, weaving, clothing, import and export trade, and multinational production and operations. It is one of the top 20 enterprises in China’s cotton textile industry. In 2013, the group invested US$500 million to build a 500,000-spindle high-grade combed yarn project in the Sinina Industrial Zone in Johor, Malaysia. It is the largest textile project invested by China in Malaysia.

Forest City is located in the Iskandar Special Economic Zone in Johor, Malaysia. The overall planning covers an area of more than 300,000 square kilometers and the planning and construction period is 20-30 years.
