Uzbekistan will launch 10,000 sportswear production project

According to Uzbek media reports, according to the initiative of Uzbek President Karimov, Uzbekistan has begun to implement a design and production project of more than 100,000 sets of fashionable sportswear.
A design team was specially set up for this project, which attracted a number of design units such as the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry to participate. At the same time, a number of Uzbek state-owned enterprises such as the Uzbek Textile Company-Chirchik Factory were invited to participate in production. At present, based on the nationality and applicability of the design, the expert group has selected 12 types of sports clothing from 50 different styles. These 12 types of clothing are all made of domestic textile materials, with a small amount of synthetic fibers added, and have good performance. The Ukrainian Children’s Sports Development Foundation has signed an agreement with the Chirchik factory and will produce 100,000 sets of sportswear for the children and young women market.
