On May 23, 2014, Health Canada and BabyAspen Company jointly announced a voluntary recall of Chinese-made children’s bathrobes.
The name of the recalled product is children’s bathrobe. The product colors are purple, blue, green, etc., and the product codes are BA14006GN, BA14003PK, BA14004PP, BA14015NA, etc. Sold in Canada from January 2011 to May 2014.
About 980 pieces of the recalled products were sold in Canada. The reason for the recall is that the recalled products do not meet the flammability standards for children’s pajamas under Canadian law. As of now, Health Canada and BabyAspen have not received any reports of accidents.
For this reason, Health Canada advises consumers to stop using this product immediately.
