The Ministry of Commerce recently issued Announcement No. 20 of this year, deciding to terminate the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported acrylic esters originating in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
Previously, the Ministry of Commerce issued Annual Announcement No. 18 on April 8, 2009, deciding to continue to implement anti-dumping measures against imported acrylic esters originating in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia from April 9, 2009. The term is 5 years. However, within the time limit specified in the announcement, the domestic acrylate industry did not submit an application for an end-of-term review, and the Ministry of Commerce decided not to initiate an end-of-term review investigation. In view of this, as of April 9, 2014, the anti-dumping measures applicable to imported acrylic esters originating in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia have been terminated.
