What are the classifications of coated Oxford cloth? Oxford cloth (oxford), also known as Oxford spinning. A traditional combed cotton fabric that originated in the United Kingdom and was named after Oxford University, Oxford cloth began around 1900. It uses finer combed high-count yarn as a double warp and is interwoven with a thicker weft yarn in a weft-heavy flat weave. It has soft color, good breathability, soft fabric body, comfortable to wear, easy to wash and quick-drying, and is often used as shirts, sportswear and pajamas. There are many varieties of products, including plain color, bleached color, colored warp and white weft, colored warp and colored weft, medium and light color striped patterns, etc.; there are also products woven with polyester-cotton yarn. The relevant quality and performance of fabrics can be tested through relevant testing equipment, such as material tensile testing machines to test tensile strength, peeling testing machines to test composite strength, friction testing machines to test dye fastness, and thickness gauges to test thickness, etc.

PA coating, also called AC glue coating, is an acrylic coating. It is the most common and common coating at present. After coating, it can increase the hand feel, windproof and drape.

PU coating is polyurethane coating. After coating, the fabric feels plump, elastic and has a filmy feel on the surface.
Anti-down coating refers to anti-down coating. After coating, it can prevent down from running away and is suitable for making down jacket fabrics. But now, any PA coating with water pressure requirements is also called anti-velvet coating.
PA white glue coating, that is, coating a layer of white acrylic resin on the surface of the fabric, can increase the covering rate of the fabric, make it impervious to color, and make the color of the fabric more vivid.
PU white glue coating is to apply a layer of white polyurethane resin on the surface of the fabric. Its function is basically the same as that of PA white glue. However, after PU white glue is applied, the hand feels fuller, the fabric is more elastic, and the fastness is better.
PA silver glue coating is to apply a layer of silver-white glue on the surface of the fabric to make the fabric have light-shielding and radiation-proof functions. It is generally used in curtains, tents, and clothing.
PU silver glue coating, the basic functions are the same as PA silver glue coating. However, PU silver-coated fabrics have better elasticity and better fastness. For tents and other fabrics that require high water pressure, PU silver-coated fabrics are better than PA silver-coated fabrics.

There are many types of coatings. Each coating has its own suitable uses. Choosing the right one is the best!
