A dark horse of air purifier is running towards us, running towards various fields with super purification effect, it is FFU.
Today we will take a closer look at the clean room FFU filter membrane.
FFU filter membrane can also be called Teflon.
It is a new type of polymer compound polymerized from tetrafluoroethylene. PTFE high-efficiency filter paper has excellent low temperature resistance, alkali resistance, hydrophobicity and non-adhesion, high porosity, small and uniform pore size and other characteristics, so the ptfe high-efficiency filter paper can filter all dust particles including bacteria while ensuring air circulation, thereby achieving the purpose of advanced purification and ventilation.
The clean room FFU filter membrane has excellent high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance. The melting point is 327 degrees Celsius and the decomposition temperature is 415 degrees Celsius. It can be used for a long time in the range of 200 to 260 degrees Celsius.
But a major disadvantage of PTFE is its immobility at high temperatures F.
It will not change from a high elastic state to a viscous flow state when it is above the melting point, and will not flow even if it is heated to the decomposition temperature, which makes it impossible to adopt the molding method of general thermoplastic materials.
PTFE has a low thermal conductivity and poor thermal conductivity.
The clean room FFU filter membrane is prepared using unique biaxial stretching technology, which can ensure complete retention of bacteria and other impurities while having a large flux.
The material is resistant to high temperatures, strong acids and alkali, and has wide chemical applicability. When used for gas filtration, it can achieve 100% retention of various phages, bacteria and particles above 0.02um.
PTFE microporous membrane has high filtration efficiency and can meet the filtration efficiency level requirements of sub-high efficiency, high efficiency and ultra high efficiency air filters.
