As a result, the fabric has a higher density, is thicker, has better gloss, has a softer feel, and has better elasticity than the plain weave. Under the same conditions of yarn density and thickness, its wear resistance and fastness are not as good as plain weave fabric. Plain weave Oxford cloth, because the warp and weft yarns are interlaced every other one, has the most interlacing points and the most number of yarn bucklings, making the fabric strong, wear-resistant, and hard to the touch, but less elastic and less lustrous. Twill Oxford cloth must have at least three warp yarns and three weft yarns interwoven with each other during the weaving process. Each warp yarn and weft yarn can only have A weft weave point, with continuous weave points on the surface of the fabric forming a diagonal pattern. The yarns can be arranged more closely, so twill oxford cloth is tighter and thicker. Twill Oxford fabric can be so widely used in bags. On the one hand, twill Oxford fabric is widely used and it is the best fabric for making bags; on the other hand, the weaving process of twill products is relatively high. During the weaving process of the plain Oxford cloth, which corresponds to the twill Oxford cloth, the warp and weft yarns are interwoven one up and down. It is characterized by many interweaving points and a firm, crisp and smooth texture. The density of plain Oxford cloth cannot be too high, it is relatively thin and has good wear resistance and breathability. High-end embroidery fabrics all use plain fabrics, while twill Oxford fabrics are mostly used for printing.
