1. Maintenance and maintenance of the rapier head (1) The rapier head and rapier belt must be taken out from the loom when disembarking, and kept properly. The maintenance worker responsible for the machine will comprehensively inspect the rapier head and rapier belt for wear and maintenance. (2) When putting the machine on the machine, the maintenance worker must inspect each sword head, remove the dirt and dust, remove the tired spring blades, the over-wear bottom plate and the small parts that are about to be damaged, and then install the same new parts. (3) For rapier heads that cannot be refurbished, they must be returned to the warehouse and the return time must be noted to understand the service life of the rapier heads and use them as parts for future disassembly. (4) When the new sword leader is used, the user and the time of collection must be noted on the collection account. (5) The sword head should be placed in a fixed packaging box and should not be placed in a humid place. (6) A maintenance cycle of 15 days is generally specified. Recheck the wear of the rapier head and the wear of the weft yarn release plate, and use 800-grit sandpaper to smooth the surface in contact with the warp yarns. Check the clamping force of the rapier head every 45 days, check whether the weft transfer is normal, all sharp edges of the rapier head and sword belt should be rounded, and there should be no scraping on the surface. (7) It is generally stipulated that every 300 working hours, lubricating oil needs to be applied to the sliding and rotating working surfaces (such as yarn clamping rods, springs, pins, screws, etc.) and contact surfaces of the rapier head with a thin layer of oil film to keep opening and closing. Make the lubricant evenly distributed, then remove excess lubricant. If the warp is prone to dust accumulation, the maintenance cycle can be reduced. 2. Management of rapier heads 1. Incoming factory inspection: Use random inspection or all inspection methods to conduct the following inspections. If found to be non-compliant, the manufacturer should be contacted and re-inspected after repair. (1) The delivered rapier heads must be packed in cartons (or foam boxes, plastic tubes). The outer packaging should be strong and reliable to avoid damage during transportation. The model, manufacturer’s name or trademark should be marked on the inner packaging. There should be a product certificate and the year, month and day of manufacture in the box. (2) According to the model, specification, and quantity indicated on the packing list (delivery note) in the packaging box, check and conduct spot checks or complete quality inspections. The quality inspection is based on the acceptance standards, which can include visual inspection of appearance, yarn feel, whether it is smooth, whether there is yarn hooking on the back of the rapier head, whether the opening and closing device is flexible, the flatness of the rapier head, etc. 2. Warehouse management (1) The sword head should be placed in a ventilated and dry place after storage. (2) Rapier heads of different varieties and specifications should be placed in separate factories to avoid confusion. (3) When distributing and using, it should be put into storage first and released for use to avoid excessive storage time. (4) Conduct regular inspections. It is best to apply anti-rust oil to the metal rapier head regularly to avoid rust, corrosion and damage.
