Relevant units:
In accordance with the requirements of the “Notice of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Launching the Nomination Work for the 2022 China Standards Innovation Contribution Award” (State and Municipal Supervision and Standardization Letter [2022] No. 67) and the spirit of the National Standards Committee’s nomination work mobilization meeting on May 20, ChinaTextile Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as “China Textile Federation”) is the nomination unit for this award. In order to carry out the nomination work in 2022, the relevant work is now notified as follows:
1. Basis for nomination
The China Textile Federation complies with the “Administrative Measures for the China Standards Innovation Contribution Award” (State Administration for Market Regulation Announcement No. 9 of 2022) and the “Notice of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Launching the Nomination Work for the 2022 China Standards Innovation Contribution Award” (National and Municipal Standards Supervision and Administration Letter) Nominations shall be made in accordance with the relevant provisions of [2022] No. 67).
2. Number of nominations
The number of nominations that can be made by China Textile Federation in 2022: 2 standard project awards (an additional group standard project can be nominated), 1 organization award, 1 lifetime achievement award, outstanding contribution award, and outstanding youth award.
3. Nomination steps
The nomination of China Textile Federation adopts the method of extensive mobilization and selection of the best according to the quota. The specific steps are as follows:
(1) All relevant units shall carefully study the relevant regulations and selection conditions of the China Standards Innovation Contribution Award, and submit their intention to be nominated to China Textile Federation as required;
(2) China Textile Federation organizes experts to select the best and proposes nomination projects;
(3) China Textile Federation will publicize the nomination projects suggested by experts within 5 working days;
(4) For projects with no objections after public announcement, or projects with objections that have been coordinated, formal nominations will be made according to the nomination procedures.
4. Nomination requirements
Please enter the China Standards Innovation Contribution Award Selection System (https://gxj.sacinfo.org.cn/) to download the standard project, organization and individual nomination form to fill in the application, and prepare the nomination before nomination. This unit publicizes the work (all completing units and completers are required to complete the publicity), and send the electronic version of the “Nomination Letter” and related attachment materials to [email protected] before May 31. Overdue applications will no longer be accepted.
