Recently, the West Bengal government announced the construction of two new integrated textile industrial parks in Kalyani and Raiganj, covering an area of 42.81 acres and 33.57 acres. The parks are managed by the West Bengal Small Industries Development Authority (WBSIDCL) ) is responsible for development and operation, long-term land transfer to investors, and construction of textile-related industrial projects to enhance the self-sufficiency of textile fabrics in West Bengal. Kalyani Park is close to the NH-34 entrance and exit of Rina Highway and Shilpanchal Railway Station. Raiganj Park is close to State Highway No. 10A, National Highway No. 34 and Raiganj Railway Station, with convenient transportation.
Including the parks in Ashoknagar and Banipur, there are currently four integrated textile industrial parks in West Bengal.
