On November 16, 2021, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to affirm anti-dumping industry damage to stretch textured yarn (PolyesterTexturedYarn) imported from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The final ruling was that the products involved in the case constituted substantial harm to U.S. domestic industries. In this ruling, all five International Trade Commission members voted in the affirmative. According to the affirmative ruling of the U.S. International Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping tax orders on the products involved in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

On October 19, 2021, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final anti-dumping ruling on drawn textured yarn imported from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
