On August 27, 2021, Health Canada announced a recall of Chinese-made princess dresses.
The recalled products are children’s princess dresses from HopSkip. The skirt has adjustable straps, SKN is 130985, UPC is 9328936082947, manufacturer number is HUN8294.
After random inspection by Health Canada, it was found that the product did not meet the flammability requirements.
The products recalled were sold in Canada from October 2019 to August 2021, with approximately 2,306 units sold.
So far, no accidents or casualties have been reported.
Health Canada advises consumers to stop using the product immediately and return the product to Toys”R”Us for a full refund.
