Xinfengming Group announced on August 27 that the first phase of the XCPD01/02 unit at the company’s Xuzhou base with an annual output of 300,000 tons of green functional polyester staple fiber project was put into operation. After being put into operation, Xinfengming’s annual polyester production capacity will reach 7.2 million tons, of which the annual polyester staple fiber production capacity will reach 900,000 tons.
This project adopts China Kunlun Engineering Co., Ltd.’s advanced low-temperature, refined and flexible “one head and two tails” melt direct spinning process technology. The spinning part adopts a number of special process technologies and is equipped with advanced spinning, winding and drafting equipment, as well as fully automatic baling machines, intelligent warehousing systems, etc. The project can customize high-end high-strength cotton, spunlace, vortex spinning, three-dimensional hollow, color fiber and other series of products according to customer needs.
The project also uses the “5G+ Industrial Internet Platform” independently developed by Xinfengming to build a full-process intelligent digital management system integrating production, warehousing and logistics, improving the process technology and technology of the polyester staple fiber industry. With intelligent manufacturing and digital management levels, it is an industry-leading intelligent manufacturing factory.
It is worth noting that this is the first time that Xinfengming has gone out of Zhejiang and developed projects outside the province. The commissioning of this project will enhance Xinfengming’s competitiveness in the domestic polyester staple fiber field, enrich its polyester polyester product structure, and also mark the formation of a new pattern of differentiated and diversified products for Xinfengming, which will serve as the basis for Xinfengming’s “Ten Years” During the Fourth Five-Year Plan period, we will fully open up the “PTA-polyester” industrial chain to provide strong support.
