“CPTTM The “Fashion Incubation Program (Maconsef)” represents Macao’s original design concepts and is coordinated by the Fashion and Image Creativity Department of the Macao Productivity and Technology Transfer Center. In order to implement the Macao SAR government’s plan to promote and support the development of cultural and creative industries, fashion designers from the Center are invited every year and award-winning students from the Production Diploma Course participated. Under the coordination of the center, students will be led to carry out simulated business platform work such as clothing design, production, production management, sales and display, so that students can understand the practical process of fashion design from concept to production through the plan, thereby gathering more Macao people. Young people join the fashion design ranks and jointly promote and develop Macao’s fashion design industry.
MaConsef 2021 design team students include: Ding Zhen, Zhou Yingshan, Li Cuiyi, and Xie Haolin. Each trainee is awarded a two-year term. In the future, we will gradually update the students in the design group and strive to continue to cultivate more young designers.
Designer He Ziying Azalea Ho
He Ziying graduated from the fashion design major of OTIS Art and Design College in the United States. During her time in the United States, she worked and studied at Michael Kors and Speedo, and founded the brand Misazal in 2014.

Designer Chen Lan, when she was a child, she especially liked watching fashion catwalk programs on TV. When I see beautiful clothes on the stage, I will think about how to make them. Fashion design seems to be an innate talent in me. Driven by curiosity, the first white shirt I made for my brother became my costume. At the beginning of the design journey, he and his sister founded the brand SHEFEELING.
The brand SHEFEELING is a mid-to-high-end fashion brand filled with modern romance and European sentiment. It is famous for its elegant design and simple lines. It is easy to match whether it is daily wear or evening wear. It embodies the mysterious elegance of the East and displays European fashion style. Designer Rong Fengxia Sanjo Iong
Brand Introduction: Brand Meaning Welcome, fun looking, independent, mature and strong women. There is a simple pattern design of a sunflower in the middle of the brand logo, which is also the symbol of the brand’s secondary line. It represents positive thoughts and concepts, and the courage to pursue your own life. For the designer, the sunflower is a symbol of strength, hoping to bring women the courage to face the pressure of contemporary life and a positive concept.
Designer Xu Yating
Xu Yating obtained a bachelor’s degree in fashion design from KINGSTON University in the UK in 2010 and established the women’s clothing brand NEGA C. . In addition to being active in fashion design events and exhibitions in Macao and at home and abroad, he is also keen on local stage costume creation. He has collaborated with local artists and participated in stage costume guidance many times.
Brand introduction: NEGA C. Fashion was founded in 2011. It opened a women’s clothing store in Macau in August of the following year. Since then, it has developed its own designed and produced women’s clothing SHOP COLLECTION series. “The life you love, the love you live” has always been NEGA C.’s creative motto. The brand is based on lively women who love life and are not restricted by age. Taking leisure life as the main concept, it incorporates elements such as street culture, music and art to create a retro yet cute and naughty style.
