This is a spinning MES cloud system jointly built by Fujian Mobile and Fujian Shunyuan Textile Co., Ltd. This project has created the province’s first intelligent digital production workshop for thick and thin windings, and has been selected as a typical case of enterprise cloud migration by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
It is reported that the project combines 5G technology with enterprise cloud, deploying a 5G intelligent spinning MES cloud system. Based on the enterprise mobile cloud platform, by migrating MES (production information management system) and ERP (enterprise resource planning) to the cloud, Textile equipment information technology is used to automatically obtain the operating process parameters of textile equipment, and fully realize the intelligent system’s demand for raw materials, cotton distribution, warehousing, finished products and other information.
According to the person in charge of the Fujian Mobile project, the spinning MES cloud system has deployed a wireless private network in the entire workshop and uploaded it to the operator’s computer through the “cloud”. Through the system’s intelligent calculation, the output and raw materials required for one day’s production, etc. Indicators can be clearly displayed on the large screen.
It is understood that after the digitization of the workshop using 5G technology, the workshop production process is simulated, evaluated and optimized, which not only reduces the number of workers, but also reduces product energy consumption, reduces the error rate by about 10%, and increases production efficiency by 20%. Around 30% of the spinning cycle is reduced. The spinning MES cloud system enables textile, a traditional labor-intensive industry, to achieve a “smart upgrade” and transform from “manufacturing” to “intelligent manufacturing”.
