Anhui Lihua’s high-quality non-woven fabrics project with an annual output of 55,000 tons is planned to cover an area of about 200 acres, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. After the project is put into production, the marketing volume will be around 1.2 billion, and the annual tax revenue will be 60 million to 80 million.
Li Liangyou, chairman of Anhui Lihua Nonwoven Co., Ltd., told reporters in an interview: “Our project is based on Chizhou LihuaEnvironmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. Shareholders, introduce Shanghai Liheng International Trade Co., Ltd. to participate in the project and jointly invest in this project. This project should be considered the largest scale of non-woven fabrics in Chizhou and fills the gap in Chizhou.”
The Anhui Lihua high-quality non-woven fabric project with an annual output of 55,000 tons is a key investment attraction project in Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is understood that the No. 1 factory building of the project has been completed, with a total construction area of 14,000 square meters. It is a two-story prefabricated building. Among them, two spunlace non-woven production lines have been launched on the first floor, with the equipment investment of each production line reaching 40 million yuan; the second floor plans to build product workshops to extend to the downstream of the industrial chain and end products.
Li Liangyou said: “At present, we have only completed the first phase of the project. In the second phase, we plan to build the next 4 factories with a total of 8 production lines by the end of this year. The entire 10 production lines are expected to be fully completed by the end of 2024. .”
After the project was signed, Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone launched a number of convenient measures to facilitate enterprises to speed up project procedures and construction progress, and realized the project “starting construction as soon as the land is obtained.”
“The entire project is advancing at a relatively fast pace. After the project is settled in the Economic Development Zone, the service area, such as supporting water, electricity, gas, three connections and one leveling, has reached the same progress as the project’s supporting facilities.” Anhui Li Liangyou, chairman of Lihua Nonwoven Co., Ltd., told reporters that according to the current progress, it will be officially put into production in September, with sales revenue of 20 million yuan.
