The Portuguese textile and garment factory MORITEX (website: http://www.moritex.pt/) is located in Guimarães, the historical capital of northern Portugal, 25 kilometers away from Porto Airport, Portugal’s second largest city. It is now planning to sell a new factory building 7,500 square meters (see the attached actual picture of the factory), with a dedicated parking lot. The factory building can be transferred together with the equipment and workers and continue to be used as a textile and garment factory; it can also be transferred separately and used as a warehouse and other purposes.
