Illegal foreign workers in Russian garment factory detained

Russia’s “Business Television Network” reported that the law enforcement agencies of Russia’s Moscow State detained more than 400 illegal foreign workers during a law enforcement operation in the Pushkin District of the state. These illegal foreign workers were engaged in garment processing in a local garment factory. 423 of them are from Vietnam, 13 from Tajikistan and 1 from Moldova. At present, these illegal foreign workers have been taken to the Russian Federal Migration Service and will be deported after completing relevant procedures. At the same time, the executive manager of the garment factory has been detained, and Russian law enforcement agencies will initiate a criminal case in accordance with Article 322 (illegal entry) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
