Hechi City proposed that it will make every effort to build a “100-billion-dollar sericulture, cocoon and silk industry cluster”, set benchmarks, strengthen brands, supplement chains, gather groups, and build platforms; Seize the opportunities of the “Belt and Road Initiative” and the construction of the New Land-Sea Corridor in the West, with Yizhou as the core area, promote the construction of silkworm breeding bases and cocoon silk deep processing parks, create a Hechi silk industry ecosystem, and gradually radiate to surrounding provinces and Southeast Asia. ; At the same time, we will also take advantage of the “Belt and Road” southbound channel to extend to Europe and Asia to further expand the influence of the mulberry cocoon and silk industry.
