Application of pure textile raw materials
1. Silk Design Mulberry silk is a high-quality raw material for silk weaving. It has a soft and pleasing luster, is smooth and soft, has a light and unrestrained appearance, has increased elasticity after twisting, and has an obvious creping effect. It is a high-grade silk fabric. Material, commonly used in the design of shirts, skirts, coats, dresses and decorative silks. Among them, earthen silk and double palace silk have uneven thread density and obvious knotting effect, so it is suitable to design high-end rough linen-like fabrics. Tussah silk should be designed with medium-thick varieties or rough high-end fabrics. The following points should be paid attention to when designing silk: (1) The warp and weft density should be balanced. The warp and weft density of plain weave is basically close, while the difference of satin weave is about 40%. (2) The weight of the fabric per square meter should be calculated to design the process so that the price is controlled within a certain range. (3) When designing the warp and weft density, attention should be paid to the reduction rate after degumming. 2. Artificial silk design Viscose silk is divided into three types: finished, unfinished, and semi-finished. The wet strength is low, so it is suitable to design some products that are not frequently cleaned, such as quilt tops, folders, jacket linings, elephant scenes, and wall hangings. The unfinished viscose threads are flowered, and the patterns are prominent and bright: the unfinished viscose areas are designed to resemble landscapes and wall hangings, which are dignified and steady. Viscose yarn should be made by using sizing technology. 3. Synthetic fiber silk design: Nylon has good strength, wear and shrinkage properties, and can be used to design the backing of clothing, umbrella silk and high-patterned fabrics. Polyester has high strength and modulus and can be used to design clothing and sofa silk. With the advancement of polyester simulated silk technology, the application volume will be larger, and the wearing performance will be further improved. Synthetic fiber silk products require high temperature and high pressure coloring and shaping processing. From the purpose of use, it can be divided into two types: general aluminum wire and temperature-resistant aluminum wire. The sample should be selected according to the finishing process. In addition, because silk is hard and expensive, it is not suitable for pure weaving and is generally only used for embellishment.
