The proposal involves the following products: any clothing, related accessories and items other than clothing, such as sheets and blankets, that come into contact with the skin under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use , upholstery (fabric-covered chairs, armchairs and sofas, car seats, etc.), cushion covers, bathrobes, towels, reusable diapers and sanitary napkins, sleeping bags, yarns and fabrics for end consumers , bags (such as handbags, backpacks, briefcases), carpets, mats, fashion accessories (such as watch straps, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) and footwear (including insoles).

The concentration limits of sensitizing substances are recommended as follows:
