The resolution takes effect from the date of issuance. The products involved in China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia are valid for 6 months, and the products involved in India are valid for 4 months. This case involves products under Mercosur tax number 6116.10.00.
On August 6, 2019, Argentina’s Ministry of Production and Labor launched an anti-dumping investigation into gloves from China, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia.
