Close the automatic air switches QF1, QF2, QF3, and QF4, and turn on the power supply to M1, M2, M3, and M4. Press the start button SB 2, KM3, KT, and KM2 of the saw shaft motor M1 to get electricity, the normally open contact of KM3 is closed, the normally closed contact is disconnected, and M1 is in the “Y” connected start state; after a while, KT Delayed disconnection, KM3 loses power, KM1 gets power and pulls in, M1 is in “Δ” connected working state. Press the start button SB 4 of the plectrum motor M3, KM4 will be powered on, KM7 will be powered on, and the feeding roller will be able to feed at the initial speed set by the potentiometer. Pay attention to the following three points:
(1) The work box lifting motor adopts reversible start.
(2) The plectrum motor and the feeder motor are interlocked, that is, if the plectrum motor does not work, the feeder motor cannot work either.
(3) After the saw shaft motor is started, the working box rises and falls, and the motor cannot work.
