Recently, Ganzhou City held a textile and apparel industry chain conference. Huang Hui, Party Secretary and Director of the Ganzhou Market Supervision Bureau, Wang Xiaohua, Deputy Director of the Municipal Government Office, leaders in charge of the textile and garment industry and heads of the industrial offices of the five counties (cities) of Yudu, Ningdu, Shicheng, Xingguo and Ruijin, Huichang County and Nankang District leaders and heads of member units of the Municipal Textile and Garment Industry Chain Promotion Coordination Group attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the Municipal Textile and Garment Industry Office reported on the work situation in 2021, 2022 and the “14th Five-Year Plan” work plan. Yudu County, Ningdu County, Shicheng County, Xingguo County, Ruijin City, Huichang County, and Nankang District made retreat speeches, focusing on the work plan for 2022 and putting forward opinions and suggestions on accelerating industrial development. It is necessary to compare the 2022 industrial cluster revenue targets, give full play to transportation advantages, business environment advantages and industrial cluster advantages, and seize opportunities to accelerate integration into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Haixi Economic Zone. We must adhere to goal orientation, grasp accurate positioning, misalign competition, and coordinate development.
The meeting pointed out that we should insist on the importance of projects, go all out to attract big talents, and focus on introducing “Geely” and “Gree” in the textile and apparel industry. It is necessary to develop to extend and supplement the chain, go upstream, and introduce ecologicalenvironmentally friendly raw material production enterprises. It is necessary to optimize the layout, coordinate online and offline development, and make up for the shortcomings in the surface accessories and apparel professional markets. It is necessary to make good use of the advantages of counterpart support from ministries and commissions to plan and prepare a national-level industrial supporting platform. We should vigorously develop professional logistics and warehousing to reduce enterprise costs.
The meeting emphasized the need to secure and optimize business and create a good environment for enterprise development. On the basis of improving hardware supporting facilities, it is necessary to further improve transportation, medical care, education and other living supporting facilities to create a good soft environment. We must put people first and find ways to help companies solve their difficulties so that they can feel at ease, feel comfortable, and focus on development. It is necessary to make up for shortcomings in human resources, optimize the human resources development environment, and attract and retain designers, technical experts, technical workers, and general workers.
The meeting required overall coordination and joint efforts to advance.
