According to a report by Pakistan’s “National” on July 25, according to the latest data from Pakistan’s National Bureau of Statistics, Pakistan’s garment export volume in the 2017/18 fiscal year was US$2.578 billion, with a quantity of approximately 49.149 million pieces, a year-on-year increase of 11.22%. It is worth mentioning that as of the end of the last fiscal year, Pakistan’s textile exports increased by 8.67% year-on-year to US$13.53 billion, compared with US$12.45 billion in the same period last year; bedding exports were 373,513 metric tons, reaching US$2.261 billion; raw cotton exports were 35,347 metric tons, reaching US$2.261 billion. 58 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 33.65%; cotton yarn exports were 521,959 metric tons, reaching 1.371 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 10.3%.
