Therefore, it is decided to continue to maintain the anti-dumping measures against the products involved, ruling that Huzhou Unifull Industrial Fiber Co., Ltd. (Huzhou Unifull Industrial Fiber Co., Ltd.) Co., Ltd.), Zhejiang Unifull Industrial Fiber Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Unifull Hi-Tech Industry Co., Ltd. have the same tax rates. The tax rate for Zhejiang Guxiandao Polyester Dope Dyed Yarn Co., Ltd. is 9.7%, the tax rate for other cooperative enterprises is 17.2%, and the tax rate for other Chinese companies (Zhejiang Hailide New Materials Co., Ltd. At the same time, the European Commission issued an announcement stating that it had made a positive final anti-dumping ruling on Zhejiang Hailide New Material Co. Ltd. and ruled that the company’s tax rate was 6.9%. The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) code of the product involved is 5402 20 00 (TARIC code is 5402 2000 10). The dumping investigation in this case is from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and the damage analysis period is from January 1, 2018 to the end of the dumping investigation period.

On February 23, 2022, the European Commission launched the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation into polyester high-strength yarn originating in China.
On June 30, 2022, the European Commission launched a mid-term review investigation into the anti-dumping measures applicable to polyester high-strength yarn originating in China. Zhejiang Hailide New Materials Company, which received zero tax rate, once again launched an anti-dumping investigation.
