India makes final ruling on anti-dumping review of Chinese polyester filament

On September 22, 2015, India made a final anti-dumping sunset review ruling on fully oriented yarns, fully drawn yarns, spun drawn yarns and polyester flat yarns originating in China, Thailand and Vietnam: due to the overall damage During the investigation period, India has not imported any more products involved in the case from Vietnam, so it is recommended to terminate the anti-dumping measures on the products involved in Vietnam; however, it is recommended to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in China and Thailand. The tax rates are shown in the table below. The customs code of the product involved is 5402.47.
