All production lines are working at full capacity to produce the last batch of cotton seeds in preparation for spring plowing and production.

Last year, the company added new equipment such as dilute sulfuric acid delinting, color sorters, and magnetic sorters. The efficiency of cotton seed production has been greatly improved, and seed quality has been better guaranteed.
“The new production line has greatly accelerated the progress of cotton seed processing and reduced the breakage rate of cotton seeds, keeping the breakage rate of cotton seeds at only about 2%. The production efficiency has increased by 20%, and the labor intensity of workers has been reduced.” Chen Gang said.
It is understood that Xinjiang Jinfengyuan Seed Industry Co., Ltd. plans to process more than 7,000 tons of cotton seeds this year. It has already processed more than 5,000 tons of cotton seeds, and more than 3,000 tons of cotton seeds have been transferred to various sales outlets. In addition, the company has also reserved 800 tons of cotton seeds. The remaining tons of cotton seeds for disaster relief and famine preparation will be used for spring sowing in cotton-growing areas across Xinjiang.
