General Administration of Customs:
With the approval of the State Council, a pilot program for reducing import tariffs on some daily consumer goods has been launched. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Reduce import tariffs on skin care products, suits, boots, diapers and other products through tentative tax rates. Please see the attachment for details of specific tax items and tax rate adjustments.
2. The above adjustments will be implemented from June 1, 2015. Notice on adjusting import tariffs on some daily consumer goods
