On May 21, the Deputy State Secretariat for Foreign Trade of the Secretariat of State for Trade of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance of Argentina sent a note to the Economic and Commercial Counselor’s Office of the Ministry of Commerce of China in Argentina, notifying the Argentine side that in accordance with the Ministry’s Resolution No. 370 of May 18, 2015, An anti-dumping review investigation has been launched on non-retail polyester textured yarn (except sewing thread) originating in China with a fineness greater than 80 decitex but less than or equal to 350 decitex.

According to Argentina’s regulations, the completed questionnaire should be submitted to the Unfair Competition Division of the Foreign Trade Management Department of the Secretariat of State for Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance of Argentina within 30 days from the date of receipt of the note.
