From January to February, among the remaining top ten import source countries, only Indonesia and Uzbekistan experienced growth, with increases of 7.5% and 38.3% respectively. The United States, South Korea, and Thailand declined by 38.7%, 28.3%, and 34.5% respectively.

The remaining four major provinces and cities are Shanghai, Shandong, Fujian and Anhui, all of which have experienced varying degrees of growth. Shanghai had the largest increase of 52.4%, with an import volume of 34,000 tons; Shandong, Fujian, and Anhui increased by 9.9%, 21.2%, and 0.9% respectively.
The trade mode is mainly general trade, accounting for 76.2% of the total cotton yarn imports, accounting for 260,000 tons; supplemented by processing trade, accounting for 22.5%, with an import volume of 77,000 tons, of which 73,000 tons are processed with imported materials.
