Vietnam’s yarn exports: 10,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of .%

In January 2015, Vietnam exported US$1.918 billion in textiles and clothing, a year-on-year increase of 0.70%, and a month-on-month decrease of 3.63%; Vietnam exported 76,600 tons of yarn, a year-on-year increase of 43.65%, and a month-on-month decrease of 0.77%.
In 2014, Vietnam’s total exports of textiles and clothing reached US$21.219 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17.52%.
In January 2015, Vietnam imported 82,300 tons of cotton, a year-on-year increase of 64.53%; imported 66,000 tons of yarn, a year-on-year increase of 24.87%; and imported fabrics of US$780 million, a year-on-year increase of 34.32%.
In 2014, Vietnam imported a total of 759,200 tons of cotton, a year-on-year increase of 30.42%; imported yarn 740,800 tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.91%; imported fabrics of US$9.496 billion, a year-on-year increase of 13.13%.
