Indian textile industry sales delegation arrives in Colombia

According to the Colombian Financial News, the Indian Textile Industry Sales Development Group will hold a trade fair in Bogota on March 3 and 4, 2015.
The sales group consists of more than 30 manufacturers, and its products include various polyester fibers, nylon viscose, acrylic resin and various blended fabrics. The organizer of the trade fair is the Colombian Indian Chamber of Commerce.
The chamber of commerce stated that India’s textile industry chain is complete, covering the upstream, midstream and downstream. Colombia’s total imports of textile raw materials from India in 2012 and 2013 were US$55 million, making it the fifth largest importer in Latin America.
