Russian experts predict that domestic clothing prices will increase significantly

According to a report on the website of “Russian Gazette” on February 11, a joint research report by the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Russian Government University of Finance and Economics showed that the overall Russian consumer price index will increase by 16-18 percentage points in 2015. According to forecasts, the highest increase in non-food commodities is tobacco, which is expected to increase by 35%, followed by knitwear, which is expected to increase by 27.3%. The largest increase in the food category is sugar, which will increase by 25.7%.
