According to customs statistics, my country imported 217,800 tons of cotton yarn in January 2015, a month-on-month increase of 5.68% and a year-on-year increase of 20.41%. Exports of cotton yarn were 37,700 tons, an increase of 20.3% month-on-month and a year-on-year decrease of 11.89%.
In 2014/15 (2014.9-2015.1), my country imported a total of 93.5 tons of cotton yarn, a year-on-year increase of 2.39%; exported 156,900 tons of cotton yarn, a year-on-year decrease of 25.21%.
