India launches anti-dumping investigation into raw silk imports from China

On December 9, 2014, the Anti-Dumping Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued an announcement stating that in response to the application of its domestic industry, it decided to launch an anti-dumping investigation into raw silk imported from China. The investigation involves products under Indian Customs tariff number 50020010, and the investigation period is from April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. Relevant export companies are requested to actively respond to the lawsuit in accordance with relevant Indian legal requirements to safeguard their rights and interests.
