On October 17, the Turkish investigation authorities announced the final results of polyester filament yarn. Chinese companies that responded to the lawsuit received a tax rate of US$0.15/kg, and companies that did not respond received a tax rate of US$0.17/kg.
This case was filed in April 2013, involving tax number 540247. The amount involved is nearly US$90 million. The China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles quickly contacted the companies involved after the case was filed. A response coordination meeting was held in May to introduce the case and build a lawyer selection platform. After many rounds of communication and coordination, a total of 13 Chinese companies finally responded.
According to the final ruling, 13 responding companies, including Fujian Baihong Poly Fiber Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengli Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Tongkun Group, etc., all received the same tax rate as companies in Malaysia and India. . To a certain extent, it is conducive to the continued export of Chinese enterprises.
