During the same period, the export of clothing through general trade was 350 million yuan, a decrease of 16.3%, accounting for 22.6%; the export of clothing through processing trade was 35.37 million yuan, a decrease of 24.4%, accounting for 2.3%.
Africa, the European Union and the United States are the top three major export markets for clothing produced in Shunde. In October, Shunde’s textile and apparel exports to Africa were 360 ​​million yuan, a substantial increase of 15.8 times; exports to the EU were 240 million yuan, a substantial increase of 91.5%; exports to the United States were 200 million yuan, an increase of 1.6 times; the total exports to the above three markets accounted for Shunde’s total apparel export value accounted for 52.2%.
