When the fabric can or needs to stay in the fabric storage device between two adjacent units of some combined machines, a gravity linear speed regulator, that is, a J-shaped box, is often used, as shown in Figure 2-33. When the vehicle speed is out of balance, the weight of the fabric in the fabric storage device will change, and the position of the fabric storage device will also change accordingly. Through the electrical adjustment mechanism, the vehicle speed of the relevant unit machine can be controlled.
Figure 2-33(a) shows that when the weight of the fabric in the cloth storage exceeds the specified upper limit, the cloth storage is tilted to a certain extent and comes into contact with the adjusted electrical switch, causing the cloth feeding motor to stop until the cloth storage When the weight of the inner fabric is reduced to the specified lower limit, the fabric storage device tilts in the opposite direction, causing the switch contacts to separate. The cloth feeding motor starts. Figure 2-33(b) and Figure 2-33(c) show other structural forms of gravity linear speed regulators, and their working principles are the same as Figure 2-33(a).
