Recently released data showed that GDP grew by 0.9% in the second quarter, strengthening people’s confidence in economic recovery. According to news released by the BBC, Scotland’s exports of industrial manufactured products increased by 2.8% in the second quarter of this year compared with the previous quarter. Statistics over the past year show that exports of textiles, clothing and leather increased by 10.6%.
