Anhui textile and clothing expands exports to emerging markets

In August, Anhui Province’s textile and clothing exports, driven by emerging market countries and regions, achieved an export volume of US$380 million, a year-on-year increase of 14.9%. Among them, exports to Africa grew the fastest, with a year-on-year increase of 29.8%; exports to Oceania increased by 23.3% year-on-year; exports to Latin America and Asia increased by 18.2% and 6.5% respectively. Anhui Province’s textile and apparel exports to emerging markets are accelerating.
