Vietnam’s ready-made clothing production increased by .% year-on-year

In August 2014, Vietnam’s cotton textile output was 26.7 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 35.53%, and a month-on-month decrease of 3.61%; polyester and man-made fiber textile output was 68.3 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 58.47%, and a month-on-month increase of 4.92%; ready-made garments Clothing output was 265 million pieces, a year-on-year increase of 3.39% and a month-on-month increase of 2.16%. As of August 2014, Vietnam’s cotton textile production has accumulated to 213.4 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 13.39%; polyester and man-made fiber textile production has been 486.3 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 9.45%; ready-made clothing production has been 1.937 billion pieces, a year-on-year increase of 9.43% .
