Vietnam’s textile and apparel exports to China will double

According to a report by “Vietnam News” on September 22, according to the “Vietnam Trade Forecast Report” recently released by HSBC Bank, textiles and clothing will still be one of Vietnam’s main export commodities before 2030. By 2020, Vietnam’s textile and apparel exports to China are expected to double. In 2013, exports to China accounted for 6% of Vietnam’s textile and apparel exports. Vietnam is taking advantage of low wages to promote textile and apparel exports, and has also attracted foreign investment in the high-end apparel sector.
