1. Exports to the EU grew rapidly, while exports to the United States and Japan declined slightly
In June, home textile exports to the EU grew rapidly, with an export value of US$1.91 billion, an increase of 12.3%, accounting for 16.6% of total exports. Exports to the United States and Japan declined slightly, with export values reaching US$2.82 billion and US$1.24 billion respectively, a decrease of 0.02% and 1.74% respectively, accounting for 24.6% and 10.8% of total exports respectively. Among other major countries and regions, home textile exports to India grew rapidly, with an export volume of US$198 million, an increase of 73.6%.
2. The situation in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong is relatively good, and Guangdong is growing faster
Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong rank among the top three home textile export provinces and cities in the country, and their exports are in good condition, with an increase of 6%, 8.1% and 6.6% respectively; Shanghai ranks fourth, with a slight increase in exports, an increase of 2.5%; Guangdong ranks fifth, with exports growing rapidly, up 14.3%. In addition, exports from provinces and cities such as Jiangxi, Hubei and Sichuan grew rapidly, with growth rates above 20%.
