News: Cotton yarn imports fell by .% year-on-year

According to the latest statistics from the General Administration of Customs, in June 2014, my country imported 140,500 tons of cotton yarn, a month-on-month decrease of 7.69%, and a year-on-year decrease of 3.31%; it exported 35,900 tons of cotton yarn, a month-on-month decrease of 7.95%, a year-on-year decrease of 5.77%; Net import volume was 104,600 tons, a decrease of 7.6% month-on-month and a year-on-year decrease of 2.47%.
According to historical data released by the General Administration of Customs, from September 2013 to June 2014, my country imported a total of 1.7193 million tons of cotton yarn, a year-on-year increase of 11.49%; the cumulative export of cotton yarn was 400,300 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 4.33%.
