On April 13, 2023, the US CPSC announced a recall of Chinese-made children’s pajamas.
This recall involves Arshiner brand children’s long-sleeved pajamas. The product is made of 94% polyester and 6% spandex, with a lace trim collar, lace hem and elasticated wrists. The sales sizes are from 4 to 13 years old, and there are 10 kinds of prints, namely: blue “CatMeow” print, purple “SleepingCatinCup” print, orange “PolkaDotsCat” print, red “ReindeerCatandSnowflakes” print, blue “PandaDreamBig” ” print, “Hamburger and FriesBestFriends” print in pink, “Fairy” print in purple, “Green and Navy Plaid” print, “CatCatwalkReady” navy print and “SlothJustDoNothing” pink print. The product has “Arshiner”, “MadeInChina” and the size printed on the neck tag.
The product does not meet federal flammability standards for children’s pajamas and may cause burns to children.
The recalled products were sold in the United States from July 2020 to March 2022, with approximately 5,300 units sold, priced at approximately US$10-22.
So far, no accidents or casualties have been reported.
CPSC recommends that you stop using this product immediately and contact Arshiner for a full refund.
